Affiliate Disclosure
In line with the FTC's Endorsement Guides (16 CFR Part 255), here is exactly how this site makes money.
The short version
Some links on The Verdict Report are affiliate links. If you click one and buy the product on the seller's official website, the seller pays us a commission. You never pay extra — the price is the same whether you arrive through our link or not.
What this means in practice
- We are an independent publication. We are not the manufacturer or owner of any product we review, and we don't process orders or payments.
- Commissions come from the seller's affiliate program (for example, through networks such as ClickBank) and cost you nothing.
- Our commission is the same regardless of what our review says, so a positive verdict earns us no more than a critical one. That's why our reviews include cons, limitations, and who should skip a product.
- Every review page carries a disclosure notice at the top, before any product link.
Why we do it this way
Affiliate commissions fund the research time behind each review and keep the site free to read, with no paywall and no sponsored placements from manufacturers.
